Our mission…

Excess weight, especially obesity, is a major risk factor for cardiovascular disease, type 2 diabetes, some musculoskeletal conditions and some cancers. As the level of excess weight increases, so does the risk of developing these conditions.

Almost 2 in 3 Australian adults (63%) were overweight or obese in 2014–15. Our goal is to ensure it DOESN’T KEEP RISING.

Our mission at 1TeamHealth is to take Australia out of the top 40 countries with an overweight population by providing people affordable fitness and lifestyle coaching.
