The Secret Dan Shake Recipe

  • 100g Blueberries
  • 100g Greek Light yogurt
  • 1tspn Crunchy Peanut Butter
  • 10 Ice Cubes
  • 300ml Water

Add all ingredients to a blender press the blend button and watch the LOW CALORIE MAGIC HAPPEN!

This is one of my personal favourite recipes and have it pretty much every day. It helpe me keep regular, gives me energy and holds my hunger till my next meal.
